Polyglot Institute — Feedback Platform
Multilingual course-feedback platform + full SEO/performance audit for pi.om
Polyglot Institute (Oman) runs language courses across multiple campuses and needed a way for students to submit feedback digitally while staff could track trends without engineering help. I built the platform on Next.js with a PostgreSQL schema designed via Prisma ORM, wired Recharts for real-time analytics dashboards, and set up automated PDF report delivery through SMTP — so coordinators receive weekly digests without logging in. Turbopack cut dev build times by ~40%. In parallel, I audited pi.om: the deliverable was a prioritised fix report, a 19-sheet issue-tracking workbook, and a long-term maintenance proposal the team could action independently.
